My research is at the intersection of RF/microwave engineering, electromagnetics, antenna systems, and engineered electromagnetic materials. My research focuses on the development of advanced high-frequency technologies for next-generation wireless communication, sensing, and imaging systems. My work spans:

  • Antennas and Wireless Systems: High-gain, compact, MIMO, beam-switching, and beam-steerable antennas for microwave/mm-wave/THz and 5G/6G applications.
  • Metamaterials and Metasurfaces: Reconfigurable metasurfaces, Engineered electromagnetic materials for wave manipulation and lens-based antenna systems.
  • RF and Microwave Circuits: Passive and active RF/microwave circuits, including filtenna, RF harvesting and reconfigurable microwave components.
  • Microwave Imaging and Sensing: Frequency-diverse microwave imaging systems, dielectric characterization and non-contact RF sensing techniques
